Information we collect
For an initial quotation we may receive your name, telephone number, route, dates, passenger count, cabin preference and special requests. If you decide to book, additional passenger information may be required to complete the booking.
How information is used
We use the information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, arrange requested bookings, provide customer support and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. We do not sell customer information.
Service providers
Information required for a confirmed booking may be shared with airlines, reservation systems, payment providers or other suppliers involved in the requested service. Their own privacy terms may also apply.
Security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect customer information and retain it only as long as needed for service, legal or accounting purposes. No internet or messaging service can guarantee absolute security.
