A quotation is based on the information supplied by the customer and the availability visible when our team prepares it. Fares, seats, schedules, baggage allowances and fare rules can change until the booking and payment are confirmed.
Passenger details
Customers must check that passenger names, travel dates, routes and other details are correct before authorising ticket issue. Names must match the traveller’s valid travel document. Costs caused by incorrect information may be payable by the customer under the airline’s rules.
Payment and ticket issue
Submitting an enquiry is free. When a customer chooses an option, our team provides the confirmed amount and payment instructions. A booking is complete only after payment is received, ticket issue is confirmed and the ticket or booking reference is provided.
Airline conditions
Each ticket is also subject to the operating airline’s conditions, including baggage, schedule changes, check-in, cancellation, rebooking and refund rules. Customers should review these conditions before confirming a booking.
Traveller responsibilities
